I'm Riva, your newest of newbies, bringing you the next character from that series of light novels of unadulterated badassery, Fate/Zero!

Meet Servant Saber, the stoic little girl with shiny armour, an invisible sword, and a permanent poker face. She's a bit of a drywall, if a painfully polite and formal one.

Oh, and she's King Arthur in her reality.

That's my personal opinion on it, but when it comes to the Nasuverse, you never know. :|

Plus, it may be that after the Holy Grail War ritual is dismantled after the 5th War, summoning Heroic Spirits by magi is made impossible but the planet summoning Counter Guardians isn't, so it might be that no one wants to give up the GAR.
