Secret Santa Stuff~

Hey this is Mel!

So with December and the holidays here, I thought it would be fun if we did a gift exchange with our characters at some point. So I'm having Sawako post with the idea of a Secret Santa. I wanted to link to TV Tropes there, yet there is no Secret Santa trope. How can this be??? Or maybe I'm missing something. Any character you'd like to be included in this Secret Santa, comment with their name here. I'll also link back to this post in the post I'm putting up for her in the main community. I'll roll dice on Wednesday, December 8th and let people know who their character has to get a gift for, so if you could also tell me the best way to get you this info (AIM, email, PM, etc.) it would be really helpful.

If anyone has any ideas for anything else they'd like to see in a holiday party post, we can use this as a discussion post or whatever. You don't need to respond to Sawako's post in order to do this Secret Santa or to do the survey I've posted in her journal that can be a sort of Plane database of sorts.

Consider Ten and Donna in! I'm looking forward to giving Ten a completely happy Christmas where nothing robotic in any sort of way can stop him from having some plum pudding. And Donna won't have to meet any spider-like queen mistresses :|

I'd put Kaoru in, but er yeah, Ouran calendar being what it is and us nowhere near the New Year's chapters, it isn't going to happen. Silly canon!

Ten and Donna deserve a nice Christmas for once, dammit!

As far as Kaoru goes, he can participate if you like. A lot of people come from worlds that don't even have Christmas, and this is more of an on-Plane celebration. Plus the Host Club has no respect for seasonal appropriateness. They have tropical themes in winter and kotatsu socials in spring. They are crazypants kids.

I'm an expert arm twister. (Which is to say my sense of guilt compels me now to tell you that of course you don't have to if you don't want to, I just wanted to make sure that you knew you could and stuff and aaaah, guilt is such a festering compulsion of mine). But awwww, that was so cute of Kaoru~ I remember that!!!
