Plotting Meme

Awhile ago, the lovely [personal profile] tsunderes put up a plotting meme, where people listed their characters, and people came up with plots/CR ideas/etc. And since it seemed like a few people were interested in plotting and things (and because summer is almost here!), I thought I would stick this fabulous meme up again. So! If you would like to, list your characters. Start building some epic CR. Etc.

Oh, but he would totally try. I'm very interested in attempting something like this (PERHAPS MULTIPLE TIMES. If at first you fail to succeed, try and try again....). 8D There are several creative rays he could try to use against the Doctor - hopefully ones he's modified to work faster than his trans-dimensional teleport ray.

I'm up for this! Billy luv technology.

He doesn't. :Db We'll figure out some way for it to happen.

We can probably plan something relatively soon, if you'd like... though he MIGHT want to start setting up a lab in the Plane first.

Which may or may not open him up to some kind of sabotage by others later.

Pretty much Billy would just have to mention him somehow, and the Doctor would point it out for the omgwtf factor. xD

And if a new lab pops up, the Doctor will definitely tinker around with it, whether or not he knows Billy owns it. |D

I have a feeling Billy may use the tried and true Freeze Ray to swipe something from the Doctor's pocket.

... except I imagine him trying to dig around in there and practically getting lost in that pocket. Which would instigate the attempt at some other kind of invention to get the Doctor to hand over the screwdriver.

WELL, just imagine a mad scientist's house like in the blogs and that's probably what the lab will resemble.
