Coming right on Kisha's heels is Mii with this lean mean brother-killing machine - Hodname Tear Grants from Tales of the Abyss. She's from the beginning of the game as well, and is already not looking forward to babysitting his royal whinypants. Someone's got to keep him on a leash after all...
