So, the poor kitchen is only serving sludge, and all the rum--and other drinks--are gone from the bar, replaced merely by water (with one poisoned bottle thrown in the mix for fun). However! Loki is not done with his reign of chaos.

Starting now, all the words and every bit of ink in the books, magazines, etc, in the library will leak out, leaving the pages blank. Anyone who happens to be inside the library when it happens will see it drawn up to the ceiling where it'll then ooze out over the rooftop and down the walls of the library where it'll pool around the building. It doesn't disappear or flow too far away from the library, nor does it dry up. People can walk through it all they want or touch it, but once they leave a certain perimeter surrounding the library, the ink will flow back to the giant puddle, leaving no trace behind. That said, if anyone does examine the ink, it'll form a single word on their fingers or whatever they use to touch it--and that word is "retribution".

On April 4th (IRL time, as always), the poor Coliseum will find itself the sudden victim of giant ice spikes. Luckily, they'll just miss anyone who may be inside or nearby, but it'll be a real close call. The spikes will also continue to gradually grow and creak, but they won't melt (that said, if anyone has magic, they're more than welcome to try!), and they'll grow back if people smash them. No other catches. Probably for the best too.

The next changes are when things start to get dangerous. Seriously.
