Hi everyone! Oliver will be coming back to life a little later today, but first! I wanted to give a head's up that he has an ability now~ Basically, while he maintains eye contact with a person, he feels the emotions that they are feeling. I've updated his permissions with a better description of the ability and what it could mean for your character, so feel free to take a look!
