Hola! I'm Kris, and after a the better part of a year, I've decided to pick up another character. This is Coordinator Narvin of the Celestial Intervention Agency (the CIA, as it's called) from the Doctor Who Gallifrey audios. He's a former contemporary of Braxiatel, and I say former because he sort of had Braxiatel exiled after he promised not to betray him. WHOOPS.

As you may have guessed, he's a spy! Or the Time Lord equivalent, anyway. As the head of the CIA, he deals with everything that the government proper can't be seen to handle. Currently, he's thrown his lot in with Romana (after attempting to have her replaced, and then being betrayed himself in the process), and is hunkered down in the underground tunnels of the Capitol fighting a civil war. Needless to say, he's not very happy at the moment.
